Dedicated Discover the World representative & 24-hour emergency contact
All Icehotel & Abisko clients travelling on our direct flight will be greeted by a Discover the World representative at check-in at Heathrow Airport. Another dedicated Discover the World representative will be based at the Icehotel and can be contacted at any time during your stay. In addition to this we provide all clients with details of a 24 hour emergency telephone number to be used in event of you experiencing any problems whilst on holiday.
